    ** This option has a supplement charge depending on which option chosen. There are also additional charges to cover the Horse Box and fuel charge applicable and depends on your location.

    This option is for one of our Ponies to come to your location where the children will feed, groom and pet the Pony as well as pose for pictures. The special birthday guest will receive a complimentary ride.

    Ponies can be dressed in a theme of your choice i.e. Unicorn, Princess, Cowboy, Knight etc please view below for prices.

      Appearance options:

      • Option 1 – 30 min Pony meet & greet @ £45* supplement 
      • Option 2 – 45 min Pony meet & greet @ £95* supplement
      • Option 3 – 60 min Pony meet & greet @ £135** supplement
      • Option 4 – 75 min Pony meet & greet @ £170*** supplement 
      • Option 5 – 90 min Pony meet & greet @ £200**** supplement

      Maximum travel restrictions are in place from our farm based in KA15 1LQ, i.e. if you are 22 miles from the farm then options ** upwards are available.

      These are the maximum travel distance for the above packages:

      * 12.5 miles from farm,

      ** 22.5 miles from farm,

      *** 27.5 miles from farm,

      **** 32.5 miles from farm,

    • Additional costs applicable

      As horses need specialist equipment for transport in the form of a horse box there is a £25 fee to cover this.  There will also be a £1 per mile from the farm base in Beith KA15 1LQ

      Dress the Pony in your required theme ie Unicorn, Princess, Knight, Cowboy etc @ £25

      Q.  Are pony rides included in this price?

      A. This option is for a Pony visit only where children can pose for pictures with the Pony, groom, feed and learn all about the Pony.  The birthday child or special guest will receive a complimentary ride.

      Q.  What sort of area size and surface do I require for Pony visit?

      A.   We advise an area large enough for the Pony and children to conduct and meet and greet. The surface required would be a hard standing.

      Q.  I have a large grassed garden/area is this suitable for the Pony?

      A.  As you can imagine Ponies are heavy with hoofed feet that can/will damage soft grass especially in the Winter months and we will not            accept liability for any damage that occurs on any other surface other        than a hard standing.  This will be carried out at your own risk.
