As we are an Events company our main operating times vary from that of a conventional office. We attend Schools, Nurseries, Care homes and Public Events regularly during weekdays which means that often our office and direct line may be unavailable depending on staff requirements.
However we generally respond within 24 hours to any telephone call messages or emails. If you text or whats-app the out of hours mobile number then generally we respond within 4 hours. At the weekend all our staff are allocated parties as this is the busiest time of the week for us and as such please use the out of hours contact details.

Monday: Office Closed: (stock collection day)
Available contact on this day: Text / Whatsapp, Answerphone service only or social media only. Emails are picked up on a Tuesday.
Return of hire items: We will arrange for a member of staff to be on site from 9am - 10.30am to process your return.
Tuesday: 10 am - 2.30 pm
Wednesday: 10 am -2.30pm
Thursday: 10am - 2.30 pm

Sat & Sun: Office Closed (staff are out on parties) Email, Text and Answerphone service only or social media only
Outwith office times Emails, Calls, Texts and Social Media correspondence is picked up regularly.
