These costumes are lookalike characters and are not intended to represent any well known figures or characters therefore our costumes are not licensed.
Weekend Hire Pricing
Delivery is generally the last working day prior to the date required.

If ordering more than one Costume then the most expensive hire item is charged at full price then each additional costume(s) will be charged minus £5.

i.e. If you choose a mascot with 3* plus a 2* and a 1* valued costumes then the hire cost would be £40 (most expensive @ full price) then £30 for the 2* and £25 for the 1* = £95 for the 3

How to order
Step 1: Choose which Mascot you would like then email us using the contact form on this page or text or whatsapp us to check availability. We usually confirm within 24 hours.
(If you cannot see the mascot you are looking for please contact us as we are adding to our Characters daily)

Step 2: Complete the booking pack sent to you and pay the hire cost as requested.

Step 3: The £35 security deposit and courier service charges are due 7 working days prior to your delivery.
Nationwide Courier Service
Delivery service:

We arrange a courier at a cost of £15* which includes delivery to any mainland UK address and should arrive by the last working day prior to your required date. Larger costumes may require a larger box which will incur a higher charge.

* The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, ZE will have longer delivery times and will incur an additional charge. Contact us for more details.

To return the costume (s) there are 2 options:

Collection arranged by us for the next working day after hire date @ £20 either directly from your delivery address or if you are unable to wait in for the courier we can offer a label system where you print off the label and take the labelled parcel to a local courier collection point. This includes insurance up to £150 of the replacement costs of the costume.

You arrange the return of the Mascot(s) which must reach us by 2 working days following your hire date.**
** When returning Mascots please be aware that from the point of receipt you are fully responsible for the costume(s) until they are returned back into our care. Therefore when returning costumes via your own courier we would advise taking additional insurance for the return delivery. If you do not insure the goods then the replacement costs of costume will be required within 3 days of expected return date these generally start from £300.
