Any customer whose booking was affected due to lockdown can transfer their deposits to another same-priced booking for up to 3 years from the date of the affected booking. Please note that there will be no refunds on those deposits and that until the pandemic affects neutralise we will not take security deposits.
Should you wish to reduce your order from the original value then the full deposit amount will be deducted in line with the % paid on the original booking. I.e. if your original order was £200 and you paid a £40 deposit then this would be 20%. Therefore if you wish to reduce your order to one costing less than the £200 of your original order then the deposit applied would be 20% of this new order as your new deposit value.
This decision has been made on the basis that neither parties are at fault for this pandemic and has been done on a fair split of the impact and with the best interests of our customers and for the sustainability and recovery of our own business.
